I have spoken to a couple of people from Jason Will Real Estate, and haven't been overly impressed. 

I was impressed with his promptness, detailed bid and excellent communication upfront but all those things went out the window after a couple weeks.

I was under the impression they wanted to see a body of work to know their money has a good shot of being returned.

First impressions with a broker is key and find out what that broker specializes in and their background.
