So, in my state, those FMR values would be for a brand new home with all the amenities in the best neighborhood.I could not find any type of 'formula' online, at least not an officially published one to help figure out what they'd be willing to pay.

@Tiffany Ralston Cash on Cash includes the down payment, but I believe it should be isolated and measured on its own.I use the break-even formula

I can assure you their cell phone, cable bill, and car payments are no this lax.There's no magic formula but this is usually fixed with a short, professional reminder of the policies spelled out in the lease agreement.
