One of the local business chambers said that our county is the second hottest job market in the country and unemployment stayed below 6% since the pandemic starting.With Amazon, Blue Origin, SpaceEx and Tesla coming here, there has been a boost in jobs and people moving in to support the new offices, etc.I can't seem to convince our money backers to invest long term because we are still finding flips and it's an easy way to get in and out.
