Extremely low property tax on Montgomery county data base.
Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new to the BP and real estate investing. I am analyzing this SFH in Silver Spring, MD and i notice that on the MD county property tax data base the amount estimated for 2021(annual) is $482 which is extremely low for a $425k house(realtor.com). Realtor.com tax history also shows that annual amounts due have always been less than $500 since 2010(period covered). Does anyone know what could be the rationale for the low property taxes?
Thanks, Loid
