But it basically followed the itemized Schedule E for rental expenses & the Sched C for the business aspects.However it was functional & kept everything in 'order'.But as we evolved we had a lot of notes etc out there so I had to make adjustments to the format.

If you go through the courses and ONLY rent to tenants they feel are appropriate you pay the regular yearly rental rate per unit. ...Does Pottstown realize that most of the rental residents they now have would fall into their "inappropriate" classification?

Hi @Jeff Fairchild, if you're looking to buy leads, remember that real estate will always be a local thing - if you're looking to buy across the nation and have the systems in place to support that, that's one thing; but if, as you said, you're looking for leads in your specific farm area(s), buying leads may be a challenge as a pure function of volume.

A three bedroom floor plan may actually be worth less than a two bedroom floor plan  in that scenario as that is not really enough sq. ft. for good room sizes and a functional floor plan.
