I also asked about any plumbing issues, which I would get inspected during the due diligence phase, along with other major concerns.While I don't have much experience assessing houses and determining the extent of repairs, I’ve spent a lot of time in stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s.

I followed BP for a while and decided it was time for me to jump in this forum.

So if tenant was paying rent on the first of the month, will he now have until 11/30 to vacate the premise even if I deliver the notice tomorrow 10/18?

Its been a couple weeks since returning to BP con, and I feel like its taken about that same amount of time to wade through all my notes, ideas, inspirations, and things i "could do".  

By nature of his work, he knew who did good jobs and bad jobs - he was there inspecting homes and saw who did what.I have retooled this list over time.

Conversely, if I don't BRRRR and add these properties 1 at a time skipping the last R then I could reach the same cashflow goal with 6 homes.

I am a first time homebuyer looking to purchase a multifamily unit (duplex/3plex/4plex) in the San Antonio/ Boerne area.
