It is pretty easy to figure out what type of neighborhood an area is based on school ratings, crime statistics, news articles, google/bing street maps, community review websites, and even just searching for the county or town in BiggerPockets. 

Websites & social media is under rated for real estate in my opinion.You can spend $300-$500 month on this max. 

If you go to the county tax assessor website you probably going to find the values for 2019 and explanations of how it is calculated.

You could also try searching for properties according to your requirements on websites like ListSource. 

Sarah,The best place to find experienced Property Managers are thru the National Assocation of Residential Property Managers website.

I think there's a small entry fee, maybe $10, it's listed on the website.

We want to pay our property manager with a credit card but PayPal and other online websites charge 3% fees for credit card transactions.
