In that basic RE course I mentioned, you'll get basic RE law, you won't get too much in business entities, so you need to do that on your own.None of this will take long, RE schools are like 3 weeks long. 2 weeks after that you can be hitting the ground running.

Beams are more cost efficient -- expect to pay about $175-225 per beam and expect to need beams every 3' or so (could be more or less).
