We are considering forming it in Delaware but I wanted to know if it’s better to form it in another state or to form it in Atlanta where our investment property will be?

I've been looking to buy an STR at the Delaware/Maryland beaches the past few months. 

Here it is.Let me know if you want to see any other county that covered by Trend (berks, bucks, burlington, camden, chester, cumberland, delaware, gloucester, kent, mercer, montgomery, new castle, salem, schuykill)

@Maria De La VegaIf you terminating a month-to-month lease; you must follow your state/local laws (in Florida it is 15 days, and I believe it is 30 days in California). 

I heard we can apply for a short term permit here https://www.austintexas.gov/de... and that it's not that hard to get one. 

For example, I live closest to Maryland and Delaware beaches (Ocean City MD, Lewes, DE, Bethany beach, DE, etc.) however, these areas only have strong tourism during summer months (May-August).

Anyone looking for rental properties in the Wilmington DE area?

Whereas my other LTR rentals B,C,D,E etc, can accumulate/share deductions and losses , as well as carry over.
