In fact, many of them (.if not all) have claims adjusters that are trained to find the situation, the statements, or the clause to deny a claim.

Let the seller know if you get hit by a bus payments will still be made and the escrow agent will notify them of a missed payment. 

Could you deny them for incomplete information when filling out the smartmove due to the nature of result finding of "not enough info".
