When I looked at the property and when I submitted the offer I made it clear that I need the property vacant because we are going to do the work that the seller doesn't have the money to complete.

These same owners get mad when we do not start the project at risk and get mad at us instead of themselves.For internal teams, it would be that there is always so much stuff going on and frequently no person is able to be made accountable for the work that is or is not completed.  

Those low rates made it much easier to buy rentals and is also one reason why house prices have gone up.
