(see thread below).It's funny, even when talking to Realtors, it's hard to get a good overview neighborhood to neighborhood, or find out what developments are earmarked.Even in the thread, one poster asked specifically about various neighborhoods, and I don't believe he was given a direct answer.  

So my 12 year old is already looking for his next property, my 9 year old now thinks he want to do the same but doesn't yet have the comprehension of the basics to move forward, and my 14 year old just bought another pair of shoes!  

Foremost and Proper both offer up actual STR policies.Proper will be expensive but it is extremely comprehensive.

Very quick, concise overview of the lenders we need moving from 1 to 5 to 10's of units.
