Do Not agree to pay "all closing costs" if the buyer is getting financing, there will be an argument about the 4-6% in fees, prepaids, etc. the buyer needs to pay with a financed deal.

Another issue with spilling the beans with your underwriting, it just tells scammers the type of documentation they may contrive to get past your due diligence, why make it public?

I believe that you can buy up to 10 with conventional mortgages.In terms of running into issues with getting multiple mortgages, I don't think it will be an issue as long as you:1.
