Large flat walls are cheaper than small areas with lots of cuts & corners.It will take a small crew about 7-10 days to hang drywall, tape and mud, then let it dry a day or two, then sand, mud again, dry again and sand again, finish and clean up.

I couldn't quite figure out whether or not utilities like electricity and water/sewage should be paid by Landlord or tenant, so I assumed the tenant would pay and moved on.I look forward to everyone's feedback!

Be aware more fixes are very likely in a property built in 1965: big trees need trimming, wood siding needs replaced with hardiplank, electric update to code, etc.
