Hello I am new to this site and just so happen upon it when I was looking for information on snap flip my wife and my son went to a seminar and was talked into perching a 3-day course for 997 after some research on the internet and also this site found somebody else was conned into it and basically after I started the course the only one in more and more money so I'm grateful for that information anyways what I'm looking for is this me and my wife I have always wanted to flip houses and get into this real estate thing but we're unsure and how to do it we're not rich people actually I'm a cement truck driver and she has her own house cleaning business so we're making it but barely anyways nevertheless we've always wanted to do this we just don't know how or how to get started with no money and no credit actually had to file bankruptcy this last year live and learn I guess anyways if there's anyone out there willing to help me with information on how to get started what to do how to change our stars they have better for us and our children I would really appreciate the information thank you very much and God bless

Depending on where you are it could be the case that $18k is not enough for multiple properties, also unless taking care of children your wife working would make sense mathematically.

I've had realtors recommend properties that are unsafe for children (too much traffic, a swamp area in back of the cul de csac, too close to a drug rehab center, etc, etc) If you are going to put your hard earned money into a project, take the time to make sure it's one you want to keep.
