As it has already been inferred in this conversation, the training and knowledge of the program is severely lacking.Well, the internet hasn't killed direct mail.

I remember chatting with @Henri Meli about local deals and then he pulled up an alert on his phone on a Durham duplex(probably the same alert most of us received that day). 

FHA is such a nice option for first-timers that many think it's a first time homebuyer program (it's not), but once you start getting into multiple rentals and this "nomad" strategy, FHA is rarely the model match.

Is there a program that I can put the apn into that will quickly generate addresses?

@Jim Froehlich The whole mantra of "find a good deal and the money will follow" is either said by newbies (because they read something online) or gurus who want you to pony up the cash to buy their program.
