I recently watched an episode of "Judge Judy" where the guest of the tenant was smoking a cigar on the balcony and somehow caused a fire.

It really is almost exactly like an episode of Judge Judy except without all the sass from the judge.

episode 48 is pretty good, and Sue is just saying you might be able to stay with the company or a neighbor company if you decide to move which would keep your monthly income.

No because the properties here that are near the tracks are not desirable...and it is not just the sound of the horns it is the shaking....I can still remember an old Lucy episode where they are in a a cabin by the tracks and the bed moves across the floor...

Plus I think when you do it yourself, you get much better results.I truly believe I can handle 50 to 60 houses and maintain the full time job.And still not miss an episode of Vikings, Suits, or any of the other crazy shows we watch.
