The issue is when I explain to someone that they can partner with us on a deal by coming in with the rehab costs and we will show them how to flip a property for profit or how to do a lease option with the property and they decline partnering up and helping with the rehab costs yet they still want the knowledge, the contacts, and the experience offered but without putting anything into a deal.
