Anyway next weekend when Than Merrill and his fortunebuilders hustle comes to town there will be 50 more brand new wholesalers minted out to add to the call queue. 

I remember the first time I rented out a house and I drove by a couple months later while running an errand in the area and the brand new blinds were shredded by a dog they did not have when they moved in.

I think they all charge about 40% +/- and the bigger brands like V***** are more, but then I've got a faceless contact source. 

Besides that, I would go with a brand that your local appliance company works on. 

We made some updates into each unit, mostly cosmetic upgrades (fresh paint, new fixtures, repair doorbell, change bathroom vents, new door locks, new gutters, HVAC replace, etc), and live in one while renting out the others.

FULL GUT (and then some) - re-framed some rooms so they were uniform, fixed structural and drainage issues, brand new electric, plumbing, siding, hvac, and pretty much everything else you can think of but the roof!

This is extra crazy though because Florida was already dealing with an insurance crisis before (thanks to roofing scammers mostly, wonder how all those brand new roofs there held up in the storm…).
