Sometimes beginners think they are breaking even until it's time to upgrade the kitchen or a bathroom or you have a month of vacancy.

I'm an extreme beginner at this point, but I am very interested in rental properties and maybe even flipping, and I am excited to learn more about everything.

Good after noon Bigger Pockets family I'm 100% fresh out of the boat, I don't have deals in 50 states or have investors backing me up just a humble beginner looking to learn more about this industry.
