The rental unit requires permanent eviction for Primary Renovation due to a Tenant Habitability Plan accepted by HCIDLA;Does that imply that going into to do a major rehabilitation on the building would allow a permanent eviction? 

I really like what I've seen from Memphis Invest, but while I wait to talk to them, I want to make sure I'm taking the appropriate action.

The landlord can be ordered to grant a tenant a rent rebate if the landlord was given notice by a tenant and did not take appropriate action to resolve a situation.

A good agent will understand these ebs and flows and do what is appropriate for a particular house, in that neighborhood in that market.

Receiving a CT doesn't affect this and a quiet title action wouldn't be necessary or appropriate.  

I don't know what the appropriate compensation would be.

They want to get $300k for the home (relatively appropriate for the area) and it still needs $50-75k in updates to finish it.

That allows me to raise rents when appropriate and quickly remove tenants that have become problematic.
