I saw the dollar bills that tenants had in security deposit + first month's rents rather than their entire application.

Looking for a crew that knows how to use automatic taping tools and boxes as appropriate to knock out a job quickly and with high quality control.  

Much more interesting to discuss whether or not to install a $25 ceiling fan or should one place an applicant or not.
