The individual drain tiles were in really good shape, but two of them were disconnected, because 60 years ago they had been supported by some leftover construction lumber over a soft spot (instead of crushed stone, as supposed to).

When I run a background check on someone, I need their full name, DOB, SS#, current address, and former address.How are you supposed to check them out without that information?

There are a lot of successful investors out there that aren't licensed and never will be because they work with a broker that handles that end of things.The other possibility that isn't supposed to happen but does is when a broker lets a client use their mls access, which is as simple as them telling you their password!
