The rental market in the area is super slow nice places in the area have been vacant for 4months with low rent.They have been great tenants I just feel like im walking on egg shells since they are month to month and the rental market is terrible right now..

My answer to that is always: the early withdrawal fee would be covered by the difference between the lousy 3%-4% you are getting to the 10% or 12% I will pay you.If that does not work, offer to pay them the fee (check with all your local and major banks to see what each of their fees are so you know your costs (they are small in comparison to the increase in interest rate)List brokers will also have data on SDIRA owners which you can do mailings to.
