Shhhhhhhhh A little secrete from an old timer.........From a bag of water conditioner salt rock place some on top of the soil or within a trench and back fill with earth or pack salt rock granules into 1/2 inch round holes drilled 6" apart through concrete 4" away from foundation footings along area of noted termites entering structure, plug drilled holes afterwords.

And, a little secret for the buyer who really wants the house... you could do something like this....

Most real estate investors really like talking about their companies and most realize there are no secrets and someone just starting out is not a threat to their existing business.

This is not a secret but with so many trying to sell out of state to Cali types it seems to get overlooked on BP.

I know this is like asking a famous chef for his/her secret recipe but I'm hoping my BP family will help a fellow investor.  

There is also a bit of secret sauce to acquiring the park for a fair price based on how it performs, and also estimating how you can improve on that.  

Again, other might feel differently here.b) Skin in the game: as a conservative investor, I understand that the dirty secret of industries that the waterfall compensation is in the line with me and incentivizes sponsors to take more risk.

And to Jimmy and everyone else, I just want to point out that most "guru's" are selling information that is definitely legit as it is usually common knowledge that has been used by investors for decades that is just wrapped up in a shiny new package and marketed as some "secret new technique" that the author claims to have discovered all by themselves.

Of course investors like to keep their best contractors a secret (evil laugh***), but attorneys shouldn't be a problem.
