This is a property that is near a university, so technically it makes sense to me, but it(in my opinion) grossly inflates the value of the property.

In my opinion, inflation rates are extremely understated, please see these two articles that drive the point home:http://www.businessinsider.com/if-people-knew-the-...https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-05-09/devonshi...Essentially, in times when the dollar is depreciating rapidly, in our situation due to excessive years of "easy money" and quantitative easing by the Fed, low fixed-rate debt is the best tool to combat inflation.

They want to charge you all fees incurred in the sale, so realtor commission in your auction fee and large closing fees unless you chose title and then you pay both title and closing which is about a wash to their inflated closing fee.

It's interesting, because I've stayed with the PM for a long time because I do trust them, at least in the sense that they are honest and would never steal and don't do things to purposely inflate prices or anything like that.
