I would think that a nice comfortable bed would be a huge issue for anybody wanting to rent.

I have had several interesting conversations with:- other drivers on the importance of wearing seat belts- other contractors on the importance of being insured and bonded- other cheaters on the importance of keeping my phone away from my wife- etc.:)In case my sarcasm was not transparent - everything is optional until the stuff hits the fan.

I didn't realize all the different strategies that are out there and it really opened my eyes.If you're stuck, I think a good starting spot is figuring out a price range you feel comfortable with.

Make sure you're comfortable with that as a possibility.

If your not comfortable doing so or see some troubling things I would think twice about investing there.Regarding recently remodeled properties a lot flippers in the area do pretty shotty jobs on these lower income places. 

If you're comfortable with USAA check out their options and see if it's right for you.
