I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a   "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%).

We've increased our liability coverage - I don't trust Airbnb's "million dollar guaranty", as it specifically refuses to cover medical bills, accidents and such and only pretends to cover personal property.

Either way, even if you're just providing room and board and telling people when they need to take medication (not administering it) you still need a license. operating this type of facility without one is illegal and a person can be charged $500/day per person if I'm not mistaken.
