Man I looked fast and furious for something that I could use as a weapon, but there was nothing but my cell phone, even though within reach, didn't give me much time to pick it up and call anyone so I knew that I was doomed!

Some ways that I work this strategy: Google voice number that directs to my cell phone: I only give tenants this number so I always know it's a tenant calling me.  

Usually, it's a five minute air sample using an Air-O-Cell cassette or some other kind of "slit-impactor" sampling media.
