So don't limit your interaction to the local area.

Interact in the community and provide value wherever you can.

Nowadays you can gain the same education through online school, at the cost of interacting with peers in person.

With the right property mgmt in place, we will never interact with a strictly investment property.

It maybe a great program, I don't know, but the initial impression was tarnished by the website interaction.   

They know I have a reputation and system for helping the buyers and they only have to interact with me which makes their life easier and they know I have already qualified the buyer  and they want to know I work with the buyer exclusively.Nothing sends off FLAKE signals to a listing brokerage or owner directly faster than hearing a buyer is all over the place who they are working with and what type of asset they are buying.

Sorry to disappoint, but serious folks have zero tolerance for non-productive interactions 

And there are no issues from people interacting with each other.
