Here's my back story:Several years ago I read "The Millionaire Next Door" and "The 4-Hour Work Week", and the main point I took away was that a 9-5 job is likely not the ideal path to a high-quality life of financial freedom, pursuit of interests, long-term wealth-building, and quality family time.  

I also believe that in time we will see many going more towards a 4 day work week with 10 hour work days. 

Currently working a 40 hour work week and tired of the grind.  

I know agents who make six figure incomes and operate on a 40-50 hour work week.  

Now, we've all read the 4 Hour Work Week, right?

I have no observations other than recalling how hard it was to go from 60 to 100 hour work weeks and jobs everywhere to living in my car and driving from town to town looking for any job we could find.

For any newbie investors who read this thread or another, if you are buying long distance and you have a PM company who doesn’t respond within 24 hours of all requests during the work week, find a new Pm company.

Off topic- Finally read The 4-hour work week by Timothy Ferriss and I LOVED it.

I squeezed this "part time" activity in around my 60-70 work weeks.
