I'm looking for a handyman(woman) and a Cleaner in the Blue Ridge/Morganton GA area for our STR.

We called Adult Protective Services and let them evaluate the situation, then they contacted family members and had him placed in a home.I also had a woman that was suffering from a brain injury after a car accident.

This all led me to my most recent deal, a woman from work told my wife and I that she was planning on moving out of state for a job and wanted to sell her home.

I saw a youtube video of a woman in Atlanta doing it at her county recorder and it was as easy as walking up to a desk and paying $14. unfortunately for me my assessor/recorder  is currently closed to the public due to covid. i called them and they said that the only way currently is to send it in by mail and that could take 6-8 weeks to actually be recorded on the property.

Hello Bigger Pockets Family My name is Primrose but a majority call me by my middle name - Eve- and I was introduced to BP about 3 years ago when I was a recent college grad by a very sweet woman I met at my sister’s wedding.

The woman sounds like a real nightmare and I wouldn't see anything wrong with  kicking her out.  

I will respectfully disagree with the other poster regarding STRs in that area.There’s a woman with a place on Birch street one block south of 90th and she is doing extremely well with STRs there.

if you get a good handyman/woman or two they can pretty much do anything.  

Currently there are 4 single tenants living there, 3 men and 1 woman.
