Weather - LA has a way better weather than Philly.

I use them 😁 but... 95% of CPA's are the run of mill take the least past of resistance crowd.

But they have come a loooong way since then, Definitely a solid choice for rentals...or even your primary home if you have issues with weather or pets..... 

@Collin H.For some areas, some properties, and some investors, you are absolutely correct.If all your eggs aren't in one oversaturated area or only in vacation rentals, then you could likely weather the storm if you are doing poorly.
