Postcards are cheaper to mail than yellow letters, but potentially have a different response rate.  

The most successful I've been is by sending yellow letters in a small "thank you note or wedding invitation" size envelope.

I know all (okay...probably less than half) of the methods like "drive for dollars", put up signs, yellow letters, etc type of methods to find deals.  

I am generating a list of 3000 to start my first yellow letter campaign.

Bandit signs, websites, yellow letters etc... 

Get a yellow legal pad, a good dark pen, draft out a quick, punchy message, and write it over and over.Keep it simple.

I have been in construction for quite some time and used to be an agent.I have been trying yellow letters.

If not, I do not know how much effort and resources it would take to buy a list of properties with delinquencies to send yellow letters to but I gather a lot of patience & persistence is crucial with this approach.
