I've observed a lot of variation in pricing, sometimes even from the same seller.

If you can't build the water into the rent and your "cost" be only variation above that, something is wrong in your analysis.

The joy of house hacking is that there are so many different variations, and most all of them will work.

As someone else mentioned, you can also go a BRRRR method, or some variation thereof.

This is a variation on a question asked a couple of times in this thread. 

There are so many vacation homes that are 4,5,6,7 bedroom homes that sleeps 20+ people and so much variation on price due to that fact; with the new occupancy law, seems the competition will be even harder since there won’t be variations of sleeping arrangements and so price per night on a 4 bed/sleeps 12 would have to be very similar to all of the other 4 bed/that now can only sleep 12.

They sell a kit with the new stems (all the moving parts) and handles, bezels, etc.The only way to accomplish this successfully is to take in the removed items as there's a lot of variations but the manifolds themselves are fairly standard.

You should have photos/aerial/floor plan and all variations so we don't have to double book or add on.
