Real Estate Photography & Videography Feedback

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of starting a real estate photography and videography company in Southern California. The company will have the following services

- Photography

- Videography

- 360 Tours

- Drone Photos & Videos

I would like to know what real estate agents most value from a company that offers such services. If you have experience with a company that provides these services, is there something you wish they offered, that they currently don't? Do you find that individuals in this particular industry take too long to complete their assignments? Do you find that they are not flexible enough in terms of availability? Any annoying or unprofessional behaviors that would or have caused you to stop using such services?

Any advice or suggestions to make us a better company would be greatly appreciated. Even if you're not based in California, I would still like to know what you think.

Great Question. 

As an agent in Queens, New York, i value all the services you mentioned above.They can all be great tools to listing agents. The photographer i use provides the same services and he can also do the floor plan renderings.  I particularly like working with him because the quality of his work is top notch, his availability is flexible and his turn around time is fast . Plus he's a nice guy. For those reason, i will continue to be a customer of his. 

Photos make a huge difference when selling real estate and i appreciate the work that y'all do !
