If I email my DCA agent right now 8/1 and let know I want to increase their rent.. will it be valid?

My concern is the rough looking Valero corner gas station plus area around the gas station coming off the highway exit to go down the street into the Lennar subdivision. 

Couple that with a Consumer who has been fighting inflation on gas and groceries, and as James mentioned, could be fighting more rent increases.

Those investors who want the LLC but won't pay for it (ie move Title back and forth and get commrecial fiancing) APPEAR to be messing with their corporate veil anyway.Its up to you, but you should do it correctly.Oh, other issues with moving TItle back and forth include invalidating your Title Insurance policy and decreasing the validity of the Chain of Title by using quit claim deeds.The protective benefits of the LLC are commonly touted. 

So there are multiple valid reasons why I think 1 months' rent is way too high to place a tenant.          

Tenant shall have abandoned or surrendered the Premises if any of the following events occur and if Tenant’s personal belongings have been substantially removed, and Tenant does not appear to be living in the Premises in Agent’s reasonable judgment :Tenant’s move out or notice to vacate date has passed; Tenant is in default for non‐payment of rent for 5 consecutive days; water, gas, electric, or any other service for the Premises connected in Tenant’s name has been terminated or disconnected; Agent is in the process of judicially evicting Tenant for any reason; and Tenant fails to respond for 2 consecutive days to any notice posted on the inside of the main entry door to the Premises stating that Agent considers Tenant to have abandoned. 

It won't continue to "off gas" once it is 100% cured.

I have lived in Midland my entire life and feel like I have a good understanding of the bubble this area is in with oil and gas and how it affects home prices.
