I ended up hitting some hurdles that kept me from moving forward, but I think the program you are describing would be much less complex than then program I envisioned.

@Tanuj Yadav The biggest hurdle will be with your unfamiliarity of the area.

I will definitely do a bigger post once I get through some of the hurdles.

HOWEVER, I do not think VRBO and Airbnb do not allow two accounts for the same property, so you have that hurdle to cross.My advice would be to cut ties and move on. 

I may do Youngstown.. the numbers look okay but that doesn’t stop me from being nervous lol   That is the biggest hurdle to jump.

Your  low  credit score will be a hurdle  so you might consider  having your partner go solo while you work on getting  score built and improved .
