@Jill GreenIf your goal is to be able to be hands on in the business of flipping and be able to draw an income, then the ROBS platform is the way to go. 

The accounting platform is very friendly and if you're familiar with QuickBooks online, you will find it has a similar yet simpler interface for tracking expenses and classing to different properties.

Although the platform is great, there are very few RE Agents and people investing in Real Estate in common.Thanks for your answers.

Hi Guys, I have been using Ecourts in NYC for  while now and i want to make specific searches across the platform. IS

After emailing the company back and forth many times, I was told that receiving rent thru their platform is considered a violation of their Terms of Service since their app was solely designed for "peer-to-peer" lending and payments (and NOT rent or business transactions)..

However, with a phone call, you can summarize it and put it as an entry on the messages part of your current platform.  I
