For example: I look for a minimum of a 20% discount from the arv ARV=$100,000 asking price=$80,000 based on this spread I make my offer with a 10% repair cost from the arv repair costs=%10,000 so if I'm wholesaling the property my offer would be $50,000 or 50% of the arv.

You can tell the seller you need them to pay some amount of commission up to the discounted amount of $5k.  

On my first use of him, his inspection resulted in a $47,500 discount.  

You can earn honorable discounts and fees overtime by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with one lender or broker but squeezing them dry for a lot of hard work and not equal pay isn't something I recommend making a strategy

Ask your lender if there’s a discount at 25 or 30% (assuming 20% is required.)It used to be “dumb” to put down more than required when rates were 3%.

I’ve periodically had tenants at the Multis offer to “help with the landscaping” in exchange for a discount on their rent.
