I have seen SEVERAL blanket loans touting great terms, lower costs,....but they wont' have a RELEASE clause.   

HELOC's are not the panacea that most tout them as being.

You'll hear here touts of 5%, 10% but thats unrealistic talk and from folks who have never done such a deal.
