Information Overloaded Rookie!

So I'm relatively new to real estate investing I currently have two single family units in Middle Georgia and I've been inspired to increase my portfolio and pursue this a serious business. My current properties are owned free and clear. I want to get into multi family units, flipping, BRRR, and wholesaling but I have no idea which to focus on initially? Any advice on which it makes sense to pursue next? Any help and guidance is appreciated.
