I am currently located in The Bay Area, California and I am little nervous about  investing out of state but I thought I would give other cheaper markets a shot other than my backyard which is expensive.

That probably in most cases for me, will result in a delay between the time you call and the time we can prepare that document, get it to you to review and sign, and then schedule a showing. 

I have other thoughts, but that’s the quick explanation.

Rent out our current house (likely $5k/month) and rent a home in Seattle (around $5k/month).Right now, I’m leaning towards option 2, but I’d love to hear your thoughts or suggestions!
