I've done this and what no one really shares is when you are rehabbing in a distressed and impoverished areas, the thieves come out at night.

Not too mention the California gov. created new young thieves generation since stealing is allowed now  especially if it's done by small kid.I would guess the Asia gov. still has some sort of "rationale" in their mind, not our local leftish gov LOL The 1980s era was way over ... maybe Bangkok is the new future LOL

In the end, I doubt a judge would overlook her claims of feeling unsafe under the circumstances, once targeted, the odds of further troubles increase, other thieves know the place was hit and was successfully accomplished, the wolves run in packs.

But even with Bars on the Windows, thieves always would find  a way in, like in the old fashion Milk shutes.....They would slip a little kid in the milk shuts and they would unlock the doors, so we had to seal shute the milk shuts.  

Thieves have started to steal the stained glass etc.  

Smart thieves would take the whole wallet, not remove money and leave fingerprints.

Most of the AC thieves I have been able to catch are in the industry.

That would also make it a prime target for thieves if they know there is no managers office. 

The thieves were nice enough to turn the water off on the fridge and dishwasher lines before cutting them (I had one thief who wasn't as nice and ruined about 900 sq ft of carpet when they stole my fridge).
