As houses become less affordable in the fountain square/ woodruff area people are moving into arsenal heights following some gentrification and I am looking forward to commanding 1k rents or more.

Today I live in a very new, nice, ultra modern building with an entertainment area, nice landscaping, water fountains , lawn area, security etc. etc.

There was recently a former OP property for sale in Fountain Square wasn't there?

America was over 150 years old and still fighting to be segregated and people couldnt even drink from the same water fountain or use the same toilet.

Fountain Hills is a very nice area.

We live in Fountain Valley in Orange County. 

@Tom W. we have one property that is in the college area the other properties are throughout south Bethlehem, North Bethlehem, and Fountain Hill.
