I'm fairly certain that if you phrase the question in a way that allows for a more quantifiable answer, you should easily be able to find the data you need to determine if the trend actually exists.Sorry to be so analytical about this, but I have a major pet peeve with people thinking their daily observations necessarily correlate to what's going on at a much bigger level.

Just make sure to run analytics on your landing page so you can see what they do. 

You're looking for a plausible answer based on analytics, not opinion or “feelings.”Tell me about the tenant pool you target. - Understanding the concept of tenant pools and their characteristics is not common knowledge.

My area has a few superb realtors, who have 5 or 6x the sales of their competitors.

If you don't have any analytical skills, you better find someone that does.

I'm an analytical person and prefer to gather as much data/opinion as possible before making a decision.I'm pretty sure we'll put the hookups in somewhere, it's just a matter of where.
