tend to get hung up on optimizing my return on equity and using low-interest leverage to build wealth as efficiently as possible, but there's also something to be said for the peace of mind factor as well, as others have stated, or in your case the opportunity cost of distracting you from your job.

In my experience as an agent single family houses tend to work better at first for OOS investors until they are established because there is less to worry about.
