I'm aware of some C-corp deductions, mostly around fringe benefits.  

Unlicensed brokers, acting as fringe operators skirting the laws have nothing to lose.

The appreciation here is exploding and if you pick off some properties on the fringe hot areas, you're likely to make a killing here in a couple years.

Also you could have taken advantage of fringe benefits AND solo 401ks or even your own pension.

You might try http://www.clevelandpropertymanagement.com but I have no experience with them myself.It's a huge problem finding qualified tenants in the fringe areas, and it could be a benefit to use a large PM company that has a list of prequalified tenants to push into your units.

This may give you some leverage to use if you have to sue one of these fringe operators for misrepresentation.I tell people this because of all the nonsense BS I have heard from most of these guys.
