Latest New Construction Spec House in Charlotte, North Carolina
Purchased for 105k on 8-20-13.
Sold for 521k on 2-28-14
Home is 2608 heated sq ft, 4 beds, 3 baths.
Went a little longer than I wanted (don't they all). Had another spec home closing the last day of the year for 2013, so all hands on deck went to that house for the month of December, so we took that month off on this one.
