I know the local hotels-Hampton Inn types charge 175-200 on these tournament weekends.

The current city bylaws seem to have no slot for this segment of housing market. 

We are about 20 minutes away from Augusta GA, which many of you probably know hosts the Masters tournament in April every year.

You may be the first.That being said, tucking it in a door, putting it THROUGH a mail slot that is actually cut in the door, or putting it in their newspaper delivery box is more effective than using a mailbox and doesn't break any laws.However, hand delivery is very time consuming and expensive and probably not incrementally that much better than a mailing.
